When I saw the challenge over at Color Throwdown. I had a few ideas right away. But I finally settled on a romantic card because that is what I felt like the colors were saying to me. Here is the color scheme:
First of all, where can I get those shoes? Do I have to drop my house on a witch? They are fabulous! Anyways, here is my card using a few retired stamps:
I love the Eiffel Tower from this stamp set. I started off by embossing it on Whisper White. Then I sponged on some Melon Mambo with a mask made from my Oval Framelits. I added some confetti hearts from the Perpetual Calendar stamp set and some tiny rhinestones. The sentiment in heart embossed in black on vellum. I added some banners to the top in Real Red, Melon Mambo and some Black Glimmer paper. I also added a heart from Red Glimmer paper on a tiny vellum circle. Thanks so much for looking.
