I love all the new and current fabulous Stampin' Up products. But there are quite a few retired stamps, tools and accessories I have held onto because I just couldn't bare to let them go. So I decided to use a few for two challenges; Just Add Ink's sketch challenge and Create with Connie and Mary's color challenge. Here they both are:
Here is my card:
Aside from card stock and the lace, this is made with some of my favorite retired goodies. I loved the Something Lacey background stamp from last year's Occasions Catalog. The bit of taffeta Perfect Plum ribbon is pretty old but totally fit the bill! I really like the Chalk Talk stamp set and am hoping that we get a new stamp set in the upcoming Occasions catalog to go with the framelits. I also embossed (and inked) the Perfect Plum card stock piece with the Pretty Prints embossing folder. This card would work for anything with the general sentiment, For You. Thanks for looking!
What a fabulous mix of patterns and textures you've used on your card Jennifer - I love the bold purple sentiment with the lace frill too. Thanks for joining us over at Create With Connie and Mary this week!
