May Card Sketch

We have a great sketch for you today at SSI!  Check it out:


 This sketch reminded me of a Paper Pumpkin kit we got so I decided to use the stamps from that kit and make a Shaker Card with the retiring in color sequins!  Here is my card:


I actually used a lot of retired goodies here; the in colors Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cabana, the sequins, the Coastal Cabana Baker's Twine, the On Film Framelits and the Dictionary Background stamp set.  This card was actually made for my daughter's teacher for Teacher Appreciation week.  And here is the gift that went with it.  A little Happy Meal of sorts:
  

My daughter wanted to get her teacher a gift card for McDonald's, but I talked her into going with a nicer restaurant.  Thanks for looking!  Don't forget to upload your creation using this awesome sketch over at SSI!

  2. I wanted to tell you, I am not blog stalking you today, but I clicked over to find the teacher gift set so I can CASE it for our upcoming CASE a deisgn team member challenge on SSINK, I love this idea and have several teacher to create for, thanks for the great idea!
