Try Stampin' on Tuesday #188

I had a great idea when I saw the sketch over at Try Stampin' on Tuesday.

I decided to combine the sketch with one of my favorite techniques; triple time stamping.

I just realized I kind of went off the sketch a bit, but I really like how it turned out.
And I really like this stamp set!  It really is a must have!

Friday Mashup #181

Happy Friday!  It's been a long week for me so I am totally looking forward to the weekend.  I stopped by The Friday Mashup this morning and found a challenge right up my alley; a wine bottle tag with bling.

I thought this was perfect...and I will most likely be using it!  I am not hosting Thanksgiving this year which is awesome.  I am not a big meal kind of girl...I love to eat it, not so much make it.  I like serving snacks and appetizers when I am hosting.

Fancy Fold Fridays - Extended Flip Card

I love the flip cards.  I decided to use them to make invitations to my son's baptism.  I needed more room for the details of my event, so I found this fantastic tip.

I chose Pool Party, Whisper White and and Silver for my colors.  I used some retired paper from my stash as well as silver foil and vellum to dress it up a bit.  And of course I had to emboss to make it a little fancy.  I am thrilled with how these turned out.  Thanks for looking!

Tag It Thursdays - Halloween Gift Tag

The witch stamp Tee Hee Hee is definitely one if my favorites.  Here is a quick little gift tag that would be cute attached to a gift for a teacher for Halloween.

Wow Wednesdays - Halloween Decor

Here is a very quick decor piece I made with the Gift Box Punch Board, Holiday Home stamp set and some vellum.  I saw the idea from another fabulous Stampin' Up demonstrator.  I think a few of these lined up on a mantle with battery powered tealights would be super cute!

Technique Tuesdays - Watercoloring

Here is a card from a sketch challenge I made a few weeks ago.  I used the watercolor paper and the blender pens for the first time.  I love how soft everything looks and it was so easy.
