Pals Paper Arts #220

I had been looking for an opportunity to use this fun technique and when I saw the sketch at Pals Paper Arts, I knew it would be perfect.  Here is the sketch.

Here is my take with the starburst technique using the All Is Calm Designer Series Paper.
